Since February 2025, La Leona has been Windhoek's corner of Mexico — actually Mexican, say our guests, not an interpretation of it.

Tequila, grapefruit and citrus meet over ice in our signature La Paloma. In the kitchen, Otja and Penny keep the pans sizzling — slow beef birria, crispy pollo tacos, and the pulled chicken enchiladas people cross town for. Outside, the terrace catches the Namibian sky; inside, warm brick, Latin music, and a photo corner that was made for your feed.
